Deborahlyn Phillips

Deborahlyn (Deb) Phillips is a business leader, early childhood educator and founder of Inclusion, Equity and WorkLife Consulting LLC. Previously, she was president of WFD Consulting Inc., managed the nationally recognized American Business Collaboration for Quality Dependent Care, and owned and operated a family childcare business.

Throughout her career, she has consulted with organizations throughout the world on workplace and workforce strategy, diversity & inclusion, child and eldercare, and workplace flexibility programs, policies, and training designed to recruit, retain, and engage employees at all stages of their career life cycle. She has served as a public speaker nationally and internationally and provides coaching support for entrepreneurs and independent business owners.

Lori Sokol, PhD

Co-founder and Co-Publisher

Lori Sokol is an industrial psychologist and currently works as a national Business and Life Coach. She is the author of the award-winning book, She Is Me: How Women Will Save The World (SheWritesPress, 2020) and co-author of The Agile Workplace and Workforce: Flex-Primer for the New Future of Work (Bonnier Corp., 2011).

Previously, she served as the founder and publisher of Work Live Matters magazine, a national business publication that advocated for the provision of work/life resources and services. She has been interviewed and profiled most recently on MSNBC, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal and Forbes magazine, and has served as a a public speaker both nationally and internationally.
